The best way to contact us is by email at cmitoys@gmail.com but you can also use our phone number, 407-341-8455.  Since we are an independent retailer and run our business while also attending to our families, please understand we may not immediately return your call.  And a text message to 407-341-8455 is a better option for a quicker response.  

We fulfill all our orders over the weekend.  Therefore, any order placed before Saturday will ship the first Saturday following the day the order was placed.  Basically we ship once a week on every Saturday.  

We have been selling comics and collectibles based out of the Orlando, FL. area since the 1980s.  We also have an established Ebay store so you can see feedback from our orders there. We set up at Megacon in Orlando, FL every year so you can meet the team in person.  

Some toys may be for younger children but we are a reseller of items that are considered collectible and may not be suited for children under a certain age.  Please inquire or look at the photos of the packaging for item specific age restrictions.

It depends on the individual item.  This particular question was suggested by GoDaddy in their website builder.  Though many toys are designed to be both fun and build imagination, the majority of our toys are for collectors to put on a shelf and admire.  However, helping children develop important skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and hand-eye coordination can be attributed to a wonderful imagination when building a hobby from having the desire to collect an item that brings happiness when viewed on the shelf.  But, as Miles found out, some people just don't understand the collectability aspect of the hobby and keeping it in the original packaging.  That is why we offer loose items as well.  Sometimes you just need to relive your childhood by reading that comic or posing that action figure (or doll).  ;)

We offer standard and priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the package.
